    • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as driver unavailability or adverse weather conditions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and are subject to administrative charges, if applicable.
  • Pricing: Fares are subject to change based on the distance, time, and demand.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior towards our drivers or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate service termination.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers, including children, while using our services.

5. Driver Assignment

  • Drivers are assigned based on availability. While we strive to meet your preferences, specific driver requests cannot always be accommodated.
  • We will notify you of the driver details prior to pickup. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • CallCab Braintree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in our policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials associated with CallCab Braintree are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
